- He / She need to consultant the doctors / chemists collect the leads from them and do the business
Any Grad / PG with3months–18 months of exp in any sales / marketing.
Annual CTC of 1.85 Lakhs p.a. + Performance Incentives + Expense Reimbursements of around 3000/- per month.
Hyderabad, vizag, Vijayawada
- Selected candidate would be required to handle a team and drive this team for results
He should recruit and build a team of 10-15 people
Any Grad / PG with 1- 2yrs of exp in any sales / marketing
Managing the Team of 25 Finance Consultants.
Giving Training and Support to the Team.
Monitoring and Motivating the Team.
To achieving the monthly Sales Target.
MBA with good communication & team handling skills. 3 – 4 years of experience in Sales – preferably in the Insurance / Banking industry, of which at least 1 year experience in handling a team size of 5 – 8 team members
Responsible for recruiting Unit Managers and Business Partners and office administration.
Taking care of the issuance and discrepancy resolution.
Training and grooming of field force for higher productivity through regular designing and driving of contests.
Attending to all customer related servicing requests and complaints.
Based on the processes and TATs laid down by the company.
Cash and Cheque acceptance and accounting for the same in the system.
Compliance to Quality of Closure norms.
Ensuring end to end resolution of all Customer interactions.
Customer focus.
Logical reasoning.
Solution provider.
Result oriented
Eye for Risk
Training internal customers on the processes.
Coordination with Central functions as well as External agencies viz. Training Institutes, III, ICICI Bank, etc.
Servicing and Query resolution of internal customers viz.Advisors,
Banc assurance Partners, Corporate Agencies
