Work Exp: Min - Around 2 Yr, Max - Around 5 Yrs, age group of around 25-30yrs. should have experience in operations, back office and ideally from the Finance sector, team handling experience is required.
Manager will be responsible for driving the entire line function of the Contact Centre.
He/she will be primarily responsible for driving the efficiency levels of the process and the productivity of a large team and sustaining key metrics for the function.
He/she will also be responsible for handling sensitive customer issues that are raised with the senior management.

Excellent capabilities in MS Excel, essential
Experience with Business Objects, preferred
Logical, analytical mindset essential
Preferred experience in MIS and Business Reporting
Similar experience of 3-5 yrs
Handling Death / CI Claims for the Region
Provide training to Sales & OPS on various parameters
Handle a team size of 1-3
Handling of Agency Management
Providing MIS to the management which required high level of proficiency in Excel
Good in Excel and MIS generation.
