7. Develop Advisor quality through On the Job training. (Product.
knowledge / selling skills etc.)
8. Activity ratio: ensure that all the Advisors are activated.
2. Minimum Graduation (without any break in education)
3. Age Limit 33 max
4. Strong Sales Experience
5. Good Communication Skills (English Language to be strong in A Category
Annual CTC OF 3.25 Lakhs p.a + 5000 allowances
1. Driving cross-sell penetration to existing Insurance clientele.
2. Coordinating with the Relationship Managers of the principal companies for any sales-support for the branch.
3. Objection handling and training related to all VAP products for the sales team and advisors.
4. Review/Monitor / Analyze sales performance and competitor activities.
5. Designing strategy for the branch to increase HNI penetration and increase top-line for VAP.
6. Make joint sales call with managers / advisors, if required.
- Daily branch-level MIS for VAP.
2. The candidate should have worked in good Broking Houses / Distribution Houses / Banks in the capacity of Marketing/Sales personnel.
